Code of Conduct

At the Inner City Family Health, we expect that both patients and staff will create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

In order to do so, we ask that all staff and patients:

Respect Each Other

  • Treat each other with compassion and kindness
  • No violence or threats of violence towards others
  • No intimidating behaviour eg. raising your voice, shaking fist, bullying, swearing at others, making demands
  • No homophobic, racist, sexist or other discriminatory or oppressive statements or actions will be accepted
  • No weapons are allowed in the clinic eg. knives, guns
  • No pets are allowed in the space
  • No theft of items belonging to others

Respect the Space

  • Keep the clinic clean and tidy
  • No violence or threats of violence towards the property
  • No theft of items belonging to the clinic
