Registered Nurse

Our Registered Nurses collaborate with Inner City Family Physicians and Psychiatrists, our interdisciplinary team, and community and shelter staff to provide comprehensive health services, including assessment, primary nursing care, case coordination, health education and health care management to clients experiencing chronic diseases, complex multi-system diseases, and mental health and/or substance use challenges.
