Doctors & Psychiatrists

Our family doctors and psychiatrists choose to work with people living with homelessness. The Family Health Team works with Inner City Health Associate physicians (ICHA), who work in shelters & drop-ins throughout Toronto.

Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with Inner City Family Physicians and Psychiatrists, our interdisciplinary team, and community and shelter staff to provide comprehensive health services, including assessment, primary nurse practitioner care, diagnosis and health care management to clients experiencing chronic diseases, complex multi-system diseases, and mental health and/or substance use challenges.
