Substance Use Hub

Through the SubHub clients have access to life-saving addictions medicine, peer support, counselling, case management and primary health care, provide by a multidisciplinary and compassionate team of physicians, nurses, and support staff working collaboratively to operate a low-barrier, drop-in style clinic.

Our SubHub programs supports people on a continuum of care through harm reduction, safer use, psychiatric -care and connection to addiction medicine/treatment, multiple medical, non-medical and harm reduction treatment modalities.

The Substance Use Hub supports individuals who rely on street supplies of opioids, stimulants and alcohol, and specifically targets individuals who are living in shelters, encampments, and other homeless settings.

Eligibility

Unfortunately, due to program demand we are only accepting patients through our ICHA partner locations.

To be eligible for referral to the program you must be an adult, using street substances daily or drinking alcohol and currently experiencing homelessness.

SubHub Program Hours

For patients enrolled in the Substance Use Hub, the clinic runs Monday to Friday.
9:30 am - 12:00 pm
1:30 pm - 4:00 pm
