How Do Drop-in Clinics Work?
ICFHT and Seaton House clients may drop-in to our clinic at 69 Queen St. East, 4th floor, or call before coming to see if there’s space. We assess the number of patients to be seen and try to see everyone during the clinic. If you come toward the end of the clinic and cannot be seen due to patient numbers, we will make an appointment for you to be seen the next day service is available.
The Inner City Family Health Team Provides seamless multidisciplinary primary care to homeless and precariously housed individuals in Toronto.
Please note: our office is closed & phones are not answered from 12:00pm – 1:30pm daily

- Monday, December 20th – Thursday, December 23rd – Regular Clinic Hours
- Friday, December 24th: Clinic closes at 12:30pm
- Monday, December 27th: Closed in Lieu of Christmas
- Tuesday, December 28th: Closed in Lieu of Boxing Day
